Place Together is a free booking website template for Adobe XD, designed by the Inkyy team. It is a one-page site for a property agency or rental service, with a property search in the hero, featured homes, a short process section, a testimonial and a buy or sell call to action, all in a warm coral and sand palette.

Below you will find what each section looks like, what is inside the ZIP, and how to open the file now that Adobe XD is no longer being developed.

Place Together free booking website template for Adobe XD: property search over a desert villa photo, agent, buyer and seller cards, featured homes grid, testimonial and dark footer on a coral background

What the template looks like

Coral carries the page: the house logo, the phone button, the search button, price tags and small arrows. Soft sand tones fill the background panels, and headings are set in a classic serif. The page runs from top to bottom like this:

  • Header and hero: the PlaceTogether logo, a menu (Home, About Us, Services, Testimonials, Contact Us) and a coral phone number button. Below, a photo of a white villa among palm trees and sand, the line “Let us help you to choose the best” and a search bar with Looking for, Which city and Rent price fields and a Search button.
  • Welcome: three photo cards for Agents, Buyers and Sellers next to a “Welcome to Property Agent” text block and a More Detail button.
  • Featured homes: Rent, Sell and Buy tabs above six listing cards, each with an interior or exterior photo, an address, bedrooms, bathrooms and a coral price tag, then a View All button.
  • Features and benefits: a “This is how we streamline our process” block and three cards, Time Efficient, Support Team and Target The Best, on a sand background with fine contour lines.
  • Testimonial: a single client quote with a round portrait.
  • Call to action and footer: a dark grey band asking “Want to Buy or Sell Your Property?” with Buying Property and Selling Property buttons, then a footer with Quick Links, Sitemap, Discover, social icons and an email subscribe field.

What is in the download

  • File: one ZIP of about 4.4 MB with a single file, Booking.xd.
  • Artboard: one desktop artboard, 1920 x 7027 px. There is no mobile or tablet version.
  • Fonts: headings in Perpetua, a Monotype serif that comes with Microsoft Office on many computers. Body text uses Muli, now called Mulish on Google Fonts, and Montserrat, with a few layers in Noto Serif. A handful of small icons use Webdings.
  • Images: the hero, people and property photos are embedded sample images. Replace them with your client’s own listings.
  • Content: the body copy is lorem ipsum, and every listing uses the same sample address and price.
  • Price: free.

Opening the file in Adobe XD or Figma

Adobe XD is in maintenance mode. Adobe still fixes bugs and security issues, but it is not adding new features. If you already have XD installed, the file opens as normal. If Perpetua is not on your machine, XD will flag it as missing, so pick a replacement serif before you edit the headings.

If your team works in Figma, the Convertify plugin can import an .xd file into a new Figma page, including layers, text and images. Check the plugin page for its current pricing. Install Mulish and Montserrat first so the text comes across correctly. Another route is to export the artboard from XD as SVG, drag it into Figma and rebuild the text styles by hand.

Who this template suits

Place Together fits an estate agent, a lettings agency, a holiday rental company or a small property platform that wants search on the home page. The hero search and the Rent, Sell and Buy tabs suit a site with live listings, while the process cards and testimonial build trust. Before you publish, fix the sample spelling, such as “Wellcome”, “Benifits”, “Testimoninals” and “Whitch City”. Add a mobile layout, because most property searches happen on a phone, and check the thin grey body text for contrast.
