• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may not be available after work has commenced.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback and necessary materials.
• Ensure you have the legal rights to any assets provided.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
• Inkyy retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

Inkyy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
